SHAZAM Phone Scam
We have been made aware that some First Choice Credit Union members are receiving phone calls from individuals posing as SHAZAM representatives. This is a scam.
Here’s what you need to know:
- SHAZAM will never ask for your personal or account information over the phone
- SHAZAM will only contact you to verify whether a charge on your account is legitimate
- If you receive a suspicious call — hang up immediately
