We are aware that your September 30, 2023 Member’s Statement of Account, which was mailed to our members, has the name and logo of “First County Federal Credit Union” on the upper left corner. This was a mistake made by our printer and no data was compromised. This is simply a printing mistake.

1. What was the error? When the printing company was uploading the electronic file of our statements, one of their employees selected and clicked on the background information of “First County Federal Credit Union”, rather than First Choice Credit Union. That is why their logo appears on your statement, rather than our usual logo.

2. Is my information safe? Absolutely, your information is safe. This is just an error by our printer.

3. Do I need to do anything? No, you do not have to do anything. This is our annual Account Verification statement. If you have questions regarding any transactions or other information within your statement, please contact one of the members of our audit committee, as directed on the upper right corner of the statement.
